Demand follows the seasons. Cold snowy winters bring furnace failures. Hot spells bring AC calls. Older homes bring replacement work. We aim to match you with homeowners who need what you do.

Who We Are Looking For

We want independent contractors and small companies that handle:

• AC repair
• AC installation and replacement
• Furnace repair and replacement
• General heating and cooling service

Experience with older housing helps. Full basements, stone and block foundations, multi-family buildings and Cape Cod style homes all come up often in this region.

What We Expect

Providers in the network should:

• Hold the licenses and permits required for their work locally
• Carry appropriate insurance
• Answer referred homeowners promptly and politely
• Give clear written estimates
• Explain repair versus replacement honestly
• Stand behind their own work and warranties

Providers may pay a fee for referrals. Details are shared during the application process.
